At Darren’s Drains, based in Norwich, we’ve decided to add a blog page for news locally and anything that breaks on the weather, drainage etc. Hopefully it won’t be like watching paint dry and we’re looking forward to traffic increasing on our website (during and after lockdown).
Let’s start with a few basics.
The company is ably run by Darren Tuthill from his base in Poringland, just south of Norwich city centre. It’s a good place to call home and HQ as, in Norfolk terms, at least, Poringland gives easy access to Suffolk and other parts of Norfolk.
Darren can be in Beccles, Bungay, Halesworth in no time and the A47 acts as a dividing line between Poringland and the city centre.
Turn left on to it and you can be in Dereham, Swaffham or King’s Lynn within an hour – all areas we cover.
Turn right and Thorpe St Andrew, Brundall, Blofield and Acle beckon along with Great Yarmouth, Caister, Gorleston etc along the infamous Acle Straight.
Lowestoft is reached easily too, as are Southwold and Aldeburgh.
Anyway, geography cleared up – what do we do when we arrive at these places?
We offer high pressure jetting, which you can read more about here.
CCTV surveys to see what is causing blockages.
Finally, patch lining and drain repairs are further specialisms.
So now you know what we do and where we cover, you need to know how to get in touch.
You can message us on Facebook (and give the business a like), email us or call Darren on his business landline or mobile 07974 778 575 24/7.
And if you see Darren’s distinctive van, give him a wave!
